Splash in the New Year! Be part of the annual Penguin Plunge at the Atlantic Beach Circle and help local charities. The Penguin Plunge is a non-profit corporation that helps raise funds for local Carteret County charities by hosting a chilly dip for all to experience. The action begins at 1PM!
