You’ve never seen anything like the Outer Bank’s Wildlife Sandcastle Contest!

This fun-in-the-sun event gives attendees a chance to learn from master sandcastle builders, compete in amateur level contests and enjoy the incredible art of some of the best professionals around. Spend the day on the beach soaking up the sun while wandering a maze of intricate sand creatures and try your hand at making your own.

OWL’s Sandcastle Contest is a great time and a great cause. All proceeds raised during the weekend event go toward the rehabilitation and care of native North Carolina wildlife that have been injured or orphaned.
