• All applicants must 18 years of age or older, and meet certain requirements for approval.
• Our application process includes a $53.50 (including tax) fee that covers a credit check run through Equifax and a criminal background check through Teco.
• Roommates require a completed application for each person.
• All applications will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of their receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Most of our Annual Rentals do not include utilities. Please click here for local utility information.
