The units themselves will be constructed of concrete and steel. There will be three 7 story buildings on the sound side and one 7 story building on the ocean side. The construction on the sound side is slated to begin the first of May 2006 with completion date of May - June 2007. The ocean side is projected to begin late fall 2006 or early 2007.
