Roof is new and they also changed out the roof on the man cave/woman cave so it would match. Attic in house and in Man Cave/woman Cave. Back porch newly redone. All attachments will stay, garage and shed the benches that are not attached will not convey unless otherwise asked for, or negotiated for ask for everything and maybe we can work a deal!
