Turn left off the exit onto Route 903 East.
After approximately 5 miles, turn right onto Route 24 East and continue for about 33 miles.
Stay straight through the traffic lights on Route 24 East toward Wilmington and Camp Lejeune.
Continue on the highway and follow signs for Route 24 East toward Camp Lejeune and Morehead City.
Travel approximately 24 miles through several stoplights, staying in the left or middle lane.
Turn right onto Highway 58 South, cross the bridge, and you have arrived in Emerald Isle.
