No Worries Protection
Every Emerald Isle Realty rental includes No Worries Protection at no cost to guests. The program is provided by Emerald Isle Realty and the homeowner, covers accidental damage to the property when reported before check-out, and provides added peace of mind during your stay.
What it covers: Accidental damage to the rental property, reported before check-out.
What it does not cover: Personal property loss or damage. We recommend travel insurance for protection of personal belongings and trip-related concerns like cancellation or interruption.
No Worries Protection is one of the reasons booking direct with Emerald Isle Realty feels different from booking through a national platform. Your booking is straightforward, your costs are disclosed clearly before checkout, and your stay is protected.
Optional Enhancements
Guests may customize their stay with optional services designed to make arrival and everyday convenience easier. These are guest-selected additions, not automatic charges, and each is clearly presented during the booking process.
Linen and Towel Packages
For guests who prefer to arrive with everything ready, linen packages provide bedding, bath towels, and kitchen linens prepared in advance.
Bed-Making Service
Guests may add bed-making service so that beds are prepared upon arrival.
Pool and Spa Heating

Instead, they identify homes and condos that meet additional standards for size, location, amenities, and design, and most Sand Castle properties also carry Emerald or Platinum ratings within the No Worries Rating System. Together, the two designations give guests a curated collection identity alongside a verified condition standard before they book.
