Pirate’s Perch has three levels that are beautifully decorated with tropical color schemes and cozy furniture. The primary common area is on the second floor and has an open and inviting layout that combines the kitchen, dining and living areas with aqua-colored walls and warm wood floors that bring the beach vibes inside. While you’re at it, you can open the French doors and step out to the private patio where you will find a row of Adirondack and rocking chairs.
The living room, facing the fireplace, has a wall-mounted flat screen TV, two plush couches and two accent chairs with ottomans. With seating for eight, the dining room has ocean views that will compliment any meal you plan on serving up. Another round table is located opposite of the dining room and is great for breakfast with a view or getting the family together for a game night. There is also a bar with six barstools that face the kitchen, which is great for meals on the go or light conversation while meals are being prepared. It’s safe to say the common area can easily accommodate the entire family or group any time of day. Moving into the kitchen, this cottage features stainless steel appliances and a gas burning stove along with two dishwashers for easy cleanup at the end of the day.
On the ground floor of Pirate’s Perch, you’ll find the media/game room which is great for guests of any age. This room has a large mounted flat screen TV and a wet bar with a refrigerator and an ice maker. If you’re competitively inclined, you’ll want to try your hand at a game of foosball or ping pong. Each master suite also has its own whirlpool bathtub in the private spa-like bathroom.
The other bedrooms include one with a queen bed, one with a set of twin beds and a ground floor room connected to the game room that has a twin bunk bed and full-size bed. All bedrooms at this cottage have their own private bathroom and flat-screen TVs.
