The Emerald Golf Club in New Bern, NC was designed by Rees Jones and is one of Golf Weekly’s picks for the Southeast’s Top 50 golf courses.
Designed to appeal to both novices and professionals, this course offers five sets of tees at each hole, enabling you to customize your game based on your own ability. Something to note is the 4th tee box allows you to select between either a water route or highlands route.
The Emerald Golf Club course stretches across 6,924 yards and is a challenging, par-72 course. This course was designed with mixed grasses to create depth and dimension to the course and to add a bit of challenge.
Not only is the course beautiful but was also created with bunkers and hazards to create a challenging, yet fun game. Practice facilities include a driving range, chipping green and an 11,000-square-foot putting green.
