Teams for the Tuna Run 200 begin departing early Friday morning from just outside of Raleigh, NC at Lake Benson Park in Garner. The race finishes on Saturday in Atlantic Beach, NC on the Crystal Coast, where teams typically begin arriving around noon.

When does registration for the Tuna Run 200 begin?
Registration will open in January and is limited to the first 120 teams
How many people can be on a team?
Teams are typically made up of 4 to 12 people who split 36 legs. With a 12-person team, each person would run three legs over distances from 3 to 10 miles. Teams must provide their own support vans for dropping off and picking up runners at designated zones along the relay route.
