Come out to the Carolina Kite Fest for two days of high-flying fun at the beautiful Fort Macon State Park in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. This scenic venue offers wide-open spaces perfect for kite flying, with events centered around the swimming beach—just the first parking lot on the right as you enter the park.

With plenty of room to fly, convenient parking, clean restrooms, and easy access to explore one of North Carolina’s top state parks, this event is the perfect way to enjoy fall on the coast. Bring your kites, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and enjoy the vibrant skies between 10 AM and 4 PM each day.

Whether you’re a seasoned flyer or just looking for a unique weekend activity, the Carolina Kite Fest is pure coastal fun for all ages!

This is a free event sponsored by Kites Unlimited in the Atlantic Station Shopping Center.
