Our experience with Jeff was great. He had a deal in two days. The information he continued to give us regarding warranties, inspection and closing was so helpful and timely. He even went out of his way to come by the condo and help us get the lock box off. We are also extremely happy with Emerald Isle Realty’s handling of our rental unit in the past and starting over in September 2015. Excellent communication, always prompt to take care of anything we ask for. We do recommend Emerald Isle Realty to anyone asking.
