Warm orange walls complement and contrast with the cool and tropical colors of the queen-sized bed and dresser in the master bedroom. The suite also has a dressing area with mirrored closet doors next to the bathroom.

The other bedroom is perfect for kids by offering a twin-sized bunk bed. A bathroom near the second bedroom has a stand-up shower and a large vanity with enough space to get ready for any outing.

The windows in the living room have a nice view of Spinnaker’s Reach’s landscaped community and a door leads to the duplexes’ long balcony, which is great for taking in fresh ocean air or catching a beautiful sunrise.
The dining room has seating for six with ambient recessed lighting and beach decor in the built-in cube bookcases. The duplexes’ stereo is also located in the built-in if you brought your tunes along with you.

Private beach access is within walking distance of the Spinnaker’s Reach community. For an added weekly fee, you can rent a golf cart to make the commute to the beach fast and effortless. After the beach, wash the sand away at the duplex’s outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Looking to take a break from the beach? Just another short walk away from the property is the gated community pool with nice spots to lounge and relax in the sun without the salt and the sand.

Located on the east side of the island, Jewel of the Isle Up is close to a lot of great local restaurants that serve up some of the freshest seafood caught locally.
