To celebrate the new year, Luxury Sands went through a renovation that updated both furniture and decor with modern designs and subtle splashes of color. New changes like these truly make this oceanfront property live up to its name. Large windows that face the water allow for plenty of light to make its way inside the home and evenly brighten the common space on the top level. Hardwood floors, pendant and canon lights in the tall ceiling and cool grey colors pull the common space together, combining the kitchen, dining and living room spaces.
Starting in the gourmet kitchen, you’ll find long stretches of countertop allowing for plenty of space to prep meals without feeling cramped. Two cooktops are also available for you to let your inner Ina Garten shine, and the stainless-steel appliances and high-quality cookware stocked in this kitchen would make even the most experienced chef envious. The kitchen also has two refrigerators, three ovens, two dishwashers and Keurig coffee makers available for your convenience. Flowing directly into the dining room is a large rectangular table that has a unique design with seating for 10 guests. The dining room looks out to the water and a large hanging chandelier will make any meal you enjoy here feel like you’re dining at a five-star restaurant. More seating and space for additional guests are available at the counter height bar in the kitchen as well.
The living room hits high marks in the areas of design, comfort and ambiance. Two plush tufted leather sofas are a dream to sit in and their deep backs make lounging and relaxing in this space easy. This room also has stunning views of the water and is framed in by a bookcase with a fireplace. Another area at Luxury Sands is a sitting room that has two tufted velvet sofas with oceanfront views through a pair of French-style doors with large windows. This is a perfect spot for enjoying an evening cocktail or watch an early sunrise with a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
But wait, it gets better. When you step outside you actually step into a Crystal Coast paradise. Two large patios on the back of the house are expansive and have a tremendous view of the water that you won’t find anywhere else.
