The custom floor plan of this beach cottage is truly one-of-a-kind. This two-story home features spacious common areas and an open concept floor plan that will accommodate the entire family while giving you enough space to spread out and relax.

Upon entering Round House, you will immediately notice the gorgeous hardwood maple flooring that flows throughout each room, complimenting the beachy aesthetic and natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay to whip up delicious meals at any time of day. Enjoy plentiful counter space, all the necessary appliances, and abundant seating at the kitchen counter. A thoughtfully appointed dining area with seating for six rests between the family room and kitchen, so everyone can enjoy each other’s company while lounging or having a home-cooked meal.

Take a seat on the plush sofa, loveseat, or recliner, and enjoy a movie or game night in the family room. With a large, flat-screen television, DVD player, and WiFi for streaming, you will undoubtedly have plenty of entertainment as you wind down after a long day at the beach. Take advantage of the double doors leading directly to a private deck overlooking beautiful scenery. The perfect setting for those can’t-miss Emerald Isle sunrises and sunsets!

Venturing through the home you will find a loft area, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half baths. In the loft, there are three couches for lounging or reading a great book and access to another wood deck with famous Emerald Isle views. The oversized master suite includes a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a dresser for your belongings, and a dual vanity bathroom. All the secondary bedrooms include queen or twin-sized beds with Island Club linens, beautiful furniture to hold all of your belongings for the trip, and lots of windows for natural light and lovely views.

Relax with the whole family on the covered deck, complete with enough porch furniture for the entire family to enjoy as well as a picnic area complete with a park-style charcoal grill. The exterior of the home is a sight to behold with a professionally landscaped yard and large, beautiful trees. You won’t have to worry about a place to park, as there is a paved parking bay right under the house.
