Recently we purchased a share in an ocean front townhome in Emerald Isle. Heidi was the realtor at Emerald Isle Realty who handled our transaction. She was amazing! Heidi came to us with all the paper work prepared and walked us through the contract one-step at a time. She arranged for title work with an attorney who did everything for a reasonable fee and she followed up to make sure that all the details of the sale were completed, including arranging for a lock that didn’t work to be repaired. My wife and I would absolutely use Heidi again and we recommend her to anyone who wants a real estate agent who knows what to do and does it.
