Phyllis worked with us when we bought this house almost 19 years ago. She was also our agent when we bought another house on the island. She sold the second house for us as well. She is an amazing agent- the best we have worked with thought the years in ALL of our real estate transactions throughout the U.S. We were always comparing our agents in other cities to Phyllis. She has also become a good friend. We are sad to sell our beach house on Emerald Isle, but she helped us do it without even coming back to the island for closing. A+ Agent!
