Marshallberg Farm, the largest producer of Russian sturgeon and Osetra caviar in North America, is located on Core Sound near the Atlantic Ocean, about 12 miles east of Beaufort and Morehead City in North Carolina.
Marshallberg Farm’s American-made caviar is sustainably farmed and freshly harvested in small batches, packed directly at harvest without repacking or additives, and offers premium quality at competitive prices. On select dates throughout the year, Marshallberg Farm will be offering Caviar Farm Tours and Tastings. Guests are invited to see the sturgeon, walk the farm, ask questions, and then sample some caviar, smoked sturgeon, and Social House vodka.
